HOLDING Contemporary is pleased to announce a showroom presentation by INFANT, a design company created by artists sidony o’neal and Bogosi Sekhukhuni. Titled AXAA-0-P, the presentation features a prototype of a residential and commercial furnishings product which will be available for purchase in person and online.

For their autumn presentation, INFANT considers methods that extend and complicate the affordances of the built environment. INFANT offers the addition, an artifact of their engagement with “life cycle thinking,” as a strategy for thoughtful building. They also suggest some stylistic foundations informing xenocore and soft-tribalism.

Join us for the opening reception of the AXAA-0-P pop-up showroom at HOLDING Contemporary on September 24, 5:30 – 7:30 pm PST. The gallery-as-showroom will be open September 24 – October 22, 2022, 12 – 5 pm Saturday and Sunday.
